JAYJUN Agnes laser, a treatment that is effective in treating recurring acnes.

In these days, people need to wear masks for a long time, which causes skin problems like redness and protruding pimples, and many people are stressed out due to that. Although temporary skin trouble is a common skin disease that every one should have experienced at least once, if you squeeze the acne that repeatedly appears and disappears in certain areas, excessively or touch them with dirty hands or tools, it can often leave scars or widen the pores. Therefore, many people try various methods to get rid of the acnes, but the acnes often get improved and reoccur again repeatedly, so many people send inquiries to our hospital. Therefore, in this post, I would like to introduce the reasons of the repeated reoccurrence of acnes, and a method that can get rid of them effectively, Agnes laser.

Q. What are the causes of acne formation?

Acne occurs when pores are clogged while there is excessive secretion of sebum, which makes the secretion of sebum unable to function well. As it is also largely affected by hormones, acnes often happens on females who are about to have period or adolescents. Recently, while people need to wear masks for a long time, more and more people get acnes problem due to the dry skin or the moistures inside the mask. It is similar to contact dermatitis, so you need to be careful not to touch it hastily or squeeze it excessively.

Q. Is there any method to get rid of the recurring acnes?

In general, skin scaling can the way to get rid of acnes. In skin scaling, gold particles are applied, and after they are absorbed through the pores, they deposit on the sebaceous glands. It is a gold nanoparticle procedure, in which we use laser to shoot there and generate heat in there, making sebaceous glands to coagulate. In the situation when the acnes reoccur repeatedly on a certain area, using Agnes laser to treat the acnes is an effective way.

Q. What is Agnes laser, which is effective in treating repeatedly recurring acnes?

Agnes laser is a procedure that destroys sebaceous glands using micro-insulated needles, and it is a procedure that uses electrical energy to selectively destroy sebaceous glands. It is a procedure that injects needle directly into acne to destroy only selective sebaceous glands and fundamentally blocks the cause of trouble, which can for sure treat the acnes, as well as prevent recurrence of the acnes. This is an excellent procedure for treating a variety of acne, such as general millet seed acnes or cystic acnes, as well as incurable and recurring acnes.

For women, the rapid secretion of sebum in the sebaceous gland due to the impact of hormones is the cause of acne, so during the period, many acnes may form on the chin. For men, as they shave or wear masks a lot these days, when it irritates the skin, many acnes may form on the chin too. For this kind of acne, especially when they form on the chin, they often disappear while leaving scars, so it is better to treat them

quickly, and the treatment that can be used at that time is the Agnes laser.

Q. Who is suitable to do the Agnes laser?

Agnes treatment is good in treating acnes that occurs repeatedly in certain areas. The procedure is done with needles. So, as we need to put needle into each of the pores and heat the pores through the needles, it is effective in solving the problem of people who are stressed out due to the repeatedly recurring acnes.

Q. Do we need to receive Agnes laser procedure periodically?

Although acnes will be improved even if we do Agnes treatment once only, as there are around 20000 pores on the face, although acnes may disappear on the area underwent the procedure, they may occur on other areas over time. In this case, effect will be better if we have treatments every one month, and have in total 2-3 treatments.

Q. If we receive Agnes procedure, will the reoccurrence of acnes disappear?

Yes, it will! Most of the existing procedures are temporary treatments, and in the case of red inflammatory acne, if inflammation injection is done, in most of the case, vicious cycles in which the situation gets better for a while and gets worse again happens repeatedly. However, for Agnes procedure, as it destroys the sebaceous gland, the fundamental cause of the acne formation, by inputting needles with electricity into the pores directly, the treated area will improve effectively.

Q. If we carry out the procedure directly in the pores, won’t the pore get widened?

In particular, Agnes is often used to treat blackheads. In fact, after doing Agnes treatment, the pores look wider as if the gap between the teeth looks wider when we clean the teeth with dental floss. But the fact is that the heat stimulation caused by the Agnes needle rather produces collagen around the treatment area, which eventually reduces pores. Especially for the pores, as they are the passage of sebum, if sebaceous gland is eliminated and the secretion of sebum reduces, that passage will become narrow eventually, so over time, we can expect the effect of making the pores smaller instead.

So far, I've introduced the causes of acne and Agnes laser treatment that can be effectively eliminate the acnes. Even if laser  is an effective method in treating repeatedly recurring acnes as I have mentioned before, as each individual has a different shape and depth of acne scars, it is necessary to do the treatment in an appropriate way after being diagnosed carefully by experienced medical team, so that a satisfactory result can be expected. If you are stressed out due to recurring acnes, please have consultation first and I wish you have a clean skin.

Everything You Need to Know Before Getting a Nose Job in Korea [Jayjun Plastic Surgery Q&A]

Everything You Need to Know Before Getting a Nose Job in Korea [Jayjun Plastic Surgery Q&A] Today, we have compiled clear answers from a Jayjun Plastic Surgery specialist in Korea to frequently asked questions by patients who are considering rhinoplasty.  Please note that surgical methods and outcomes may vary depending on the individual, so use this information as a general guide. Q1. Can the nasal tip be raised and improved naturally using only septal cartilage? Yes, it can be possible, although it depends on individual conditions. In the past, surgeries were done using only septal cartilage, and even now, if the conditions allow, natural and sophisticated results can be achieved with septal cartilage alone. However, if the nose is very small or upturned (short nose), cartilage alone may not provide enough support, so a stronger structure is needed to fix the tip. In such cases, rib cartilage (autologous or donated) may be used. In principle, if there are no major nasal issue...

In particular, more than 70% of Koreans have Mongolian folds that locate from the top of the upper eyelid down to the front corners of the eyes, so there are many cases in which the distance between the eyebrows is wide or the horizontal length of the eyes is short due to wrinkles. In today's society, where people are more concerned about their appearance, their small, indistinct and stuffy-looking eyes become their troubles. It's not just women's problem. Recently, as more and more men are interested in aesthetics as much as women, more and more men are taking care of their appearance to create a pleasing image.
