If your eyes look stuffy after doing the double eyelid surgery?

Make a pair of fresh eyes through endoscopic forehead lift.

There is an old saying, "If your body is 1,000 nyang (a unit of old Korean coinage), your eyes are 900 nyang." That means although the body is made up by various parts, among those parts, eyes account for a high proportion. As such, there are many people who do eye surgery as they want to improve their eyes, when their important eyes are small and look stuffy. That is because eyes that look unclear can create a bad impression with a face that looks tired and lethargic. However, there are times when people consider having a revision surgery as even when they have done a double eyelid surgery, the eyes that looked stuffy did not become larger or fresher, and the impression still look stuffy. The reason why even they did the surgery in order to make the eyes fresher and clearer, there is no satisfying improvement and effect may be because they simply did eye surgery like double eyelid surgery without considering things including the sagging of forehead or eyebrows, the position of the forehead and the eyebrows, as well as the decrease in skin elasticity. If we look at the eyes and the forehead separately, surprisingly, t in most of the time, the reasons why the eyes look stuffy can be due to the sagging of the forehead or the position of the eyebrows is too low, which cover the eyelids and make the eyes look heavy. In these situations, just by performing surgery on the eyelid below eyebrow, we can make the entire forehead, even the upper forehead, look cool.

In other words, for people whose distance between the eyes and the eyebrows is short, or the area between the eyebrows is very developed and the eyes are heavy, if they only do eye surgery, there will. be limitation in improving the stuffy impression. Therefore, for these people, it is good to have forehead lift by using endoscope, to improve the stuffy eyes. If we talk about forehead lift, many people will think that it is a surgery that is done when we want to eliminate the forehead wrinkles. However, this surgery is also effective in lifting the eyebrows to make the eyes look cooler and prettier, so for the aforementioned people, whose distance between the eyes and the eyebrows is short, or the area between the eyebrows is very developed and the eyes are heavy, it is better for them to have endoscopic forehead lift. That is because the eyelid skin will become thicker gradually when they are raised from the eyelashes to the eyebrows, and the higher the double eyelid line is being grabbed, more of the skin on the thick side will be grabbed, so it is easy to create a very awkward and unnatural result as the eyes become the eyes which we usually say as 'the eye that we can tell double eyelid surgery is done immediately after we looked at it'.

In this situation, if we do forehead lift at the same time, the pressed eyelid skin will spread out, and make the eyelids become thinner. As even if we do double eyelid surgery, thin skin will be folded, not only will the result be more natural, in the situation in which the patients have double eyelids originally, even if we only do forehead lift, the line that was originally covered and hidden by the eyelid skin will be shown again, and the eyes will become fresh and clear.

On the other hand, for people whose the distance between the eyes and the eyebrows is wide, or the eyelids sag seriously, or who have ptosis, as there are some cases in which it is not desirable to do forehead lift, it is necessary to have detailed consultation with medical team which has rich experiences.

In the past, forehead lift was done in a traditional way, in which detachment was done from the forehead to the upper eyebrows through a traditional hairline total incision, and the it is being lifted and sutured. However, recently, forehead lift is usually done by using endoscope, in a way in which the detachment of the entire forehead and the surgery are done only through fine incision windows on 3-5 places on the hairline. As this endoscopic forehead lift detaches the entire forehead and lift the forehead from the upper eyebrows to the hairline, the advantages of this surgery is that the position of the eyebrows can be raised naturally, and depending on the design, the shape of the eyebrows can be partially designed too.
