눈밑애교살과 눈밑 지방은 큰 차이가 있습니다. 
애교살과 눈 밑 지방을 구분하는 방법은 
애교살은 눈밑 속눈썹이 자란 곳부터 약 5mm 
아래에 위치해 있고, 눈밑 지방은 애교살 아래에 
위치해 있는데요. 눈밑 애교살이 있는 경우에는
 사랑스럽고 자연스러운 느낌이 있지만 
눈밑지방은 나이가 들어 보이는 경우가 많고 
얼굴이 부자연스러워 보이는 경우가 많습니다.


눈밑지방재배치란 무엇일까요?



지방을 싸고 있는 막이 느슨해져 
지방이 튀어나온 곳에서 지방을 빼내어 눈 밑에 
그림자가 생기는 함몰 부위를 메워주는 수술입니다. 
칙칙하고 피곤한 인상을 주는 다크서클은 
눈밑지방재배치를 통해서 개선할 수 있습니다.

다크서클 때문에 인상이 칙칙해 보이고

눈 밑에 튀어나온 지방의 범위와 모양을 진단하여
 디자인한 후, 눈꺼풀 안쪽의 결막을 
레이저로 최소 절개합니다. 
결막을 통해 과도한 눈 밑 지방을 제거하고
 꺼진 부분으로 재배치하여 채워주고 고정시켜주면

수술 후 2주까지는 눈 쪽으로 피를 몰리게 하면

상체를 숙여서 머리를 감거나 물건을 줍는다는 
등의 행동을 피하시는 게 좋아요. 
또한 2주 동안은 눈물 흘리는 것을 
자제하여야 하며, 세안 시 눈을 비비거나 자극되는 
행동은 하지 않아야 하는데요. 
렌즈도 2주간은 착용을 금해주셔야 합니다. 
수술 후에 세안도 1주일 정도는 눈가에 하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.
